History

Established in 2008.

One on one personal training is the basis of the business. During John’s career as a trainer he has had 5 people lose over 80 pounds and 14 people lose over 40 pounds. He has also put 20 pounds of muscle on 6 others who were looking to build. Body building training is a new style of training John has taken under for several clients He train you from where you are to where you want to be, while making you the healthiest possible. John also does partner training, small group training, and group training.
