My vision is to offer a different perspective on health and healing, a holistic one that honors our uniqueness and individuality while creating a safe place to explore our physical as well as spiritual nourishment.
I believe eating should be simple. pleasurable and intuitive. Like so many of you, I’ve struggled with body image and weight issues most of my life. This struggle causes us to disembody, to disconnect from the intuitive wisdom our bodies hold. It’s time to stop this insanity, slow down and make peace with our bodies once and for all.

I practice a holistic method of coaching takes your whole self into consideration, all aspects of who you are as an eater- body, mind, heart and soul. Some issues that we may address together: Weight loss, Body Image, Overeating, Emotional Eating, Stress Management, Energy and Fatigue. All of my coaching programs are custom tailored for each individual client. I don’t take a cookie cutter approach to helping you with your health concerns. There’s not one perfect diet, but an entire spectrum of nutrition options to choose from. We will work with any eating style or plan that you like. I don’t encourage one particular way of eating for all people. I understand that we each have different likes and dislikes. You will receive on-going feedback to ensure that you have an appropriate balance of macronutrients and aren’t experiencing a deficiency of any essential nutrients. This is for you if your are committed to work on your self-improvement and you accept that coaching may be uncomfortable at times as you learn about yourself and your habits. You may also be given assignments or exercises to help you on your journey to optimal health and happiness. Online appointments make this suitable for anyone, anywhere! Plus, there are fewer distractions and you are less tempted to multitask. You can wear what you want, sit in your favorite chair, and participate from the comfort of your own home or office. As an added bonus you will save time and money by reduced travel costs and time: reduce the costs of gas, parking, and time it takes out of your busy schedule to get to an in person meeting.
